Als Werkvoorbereider Duurzame Spoorbouw speel je een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding en realisatie van complexe spoorprojecten. Je bent het technische brein achter de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, projectleiding en uitvoering om tot de beste technische en logistieke oplossingen te komen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorg je voor een optimale afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige specialist in spoorbouw. Het bedrijf biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden richting projectleiding of senior werkvoorbereider. Je kunt deelnemen aan interne opleidingsprogramma's en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag met je delen. Ook is er ruimte om je te specialiseren in specifieke disciplines zoals bovenbouw, onderbouw of elektrotechnische installaties. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitwerken van technische plannen en werkmethoden voor spoorprojecten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en materiaalbehoeften; - Coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid tijdens de voorbereiding; - Adviseren van projectleiding over technische en logistieke vraagstukken; - Verzorgen van calculaties en begrotingen voor werkzaamheden; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en externe partijen zoals ProRail.
