Werkvoorbereider E Je wordt werkvoorbereider elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde in Amsterdam. Je bent de schakel tussen planning, uitvoering en klanten in utiliteitsprojecten. Je bereidt zelfstandig projecten tot ongeveer €150.000 voor, bestelt materialen, plant monteurs in, houdt de administratie op orde en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4 opleiding in elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde, ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, en je bent nauwkeurig, organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig. Als werkvoorbereider elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde werk je in een dynamisch klantenteam in de regio Amsterdam. Je bent de spin in het web binnen utiliteitsprojecten en zorgt dat alles klopt: mensen, middelen, materialen en planning. Je pakt zelfstandig projecten op tot zo'n €150.000 en schakelt met monteurs, projectleiders en klanten. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat werkbonnen, vergunningen en rapportages altijd in orde zijn. De opdrachtgever is een technisch dienstverlener die zich richt op installaties, beheer, onderhoud en verduurzaming in gebouwen. Binnen de divisie Building Solutions werk je aan gebouwgebonden installaties, beheer en onderhoud, en projecten die bijdragen aan duurzaamheid en efficiëntie. - Afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en of Civiele techniek - Ervaring in werkvoorbereiding van gebouwgebonden installaties - Proactieve en nauwkeurige werkstijl met oog voor veiligheid - Organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig - Ervaring in een industriële omgeving is een plus - Scherp oog voor planning, techniek en klanttevredenheid - Goed salaris en winstuitkering - Flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden - Ruim aanbod van opleidingen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen - Veel vakantiedagen en ADV-dagen - Een goede pensioenregeling - Mogelijkheid om voordelig aandeelhouder te worden Voor vragen over de functie of de sollic...
