EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! Monteur Techniek, planning en veiligheid komen samen in deze veelzijdige functie. Op een industrieel terrein zorg jij dat E&I-werkzaamheden goed voorbereid van start gaan. Met jouw overzicht, technische kennis en organisatietalent houd je projecten op koers en zorg je dat monteurs veilig en efficiënt aan het werk kunnen. Wat ga je doen? Een goede voorbereiding vormt de basis voor veilig en efficiënt technisch onderhoud. Als Werkvoorbereider E&I zorg je ervoor dat elektrotechnische en instrumentatiewerkzaamheden op een industrieel terrein goed zijn voorbereid voordat de uitvoering start. Technische informatie, planning, materialen en veiligheidsmaatregelen komen samen in jouw werkvoorbereiding. Daardoor kunnen monteurs en andere technische collega's gericht aan de slag. Binnen deze functie houd je je bezig met verschillende werkzaamheden rondom onderhoud, reparaties, modificaties en technische projecten. Werkopdrachten worden beoordeeld en uitgewerkt tot duidelijke werkpakketten. Technische tekeningen, schema's, specificaties en andere documenten controleer je zorgvuldig. Ontbrekende informatie wordt op tijd verzameld en technische knelpunten worden besproken met de juiste betrokkenen. De Werkvoorbereider E&I heeft daarnaast veel contact met monteurs, uitvoerders, engineers, leveranciers en de opdrachtgever. Afstemming over de planning en uitvoering zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten. Ook houd je rekening met de beschikbaarheid van materialen, gereedschappen, materieel en eventuele externe partijen. Bij grotere onderhoudsprojecten of stops vraagt dit om een strakke planning en een goed overzicht. Veiligheid speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de voorbereiding. Werkzaamheden worden gecontroleerd op risico's en afgestemd met de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en vergunningen.
