Als Werkvoorbereider E&I ben jij de technische spil tussen engineering en uitvoering. Je vertaalt complexe elektrische en instrumentatie ontwerpen naar praktische werkpakketten die door de uitvoerende teams kunnen worden gerealiseerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding van E&I-werkzaamheden binnen industriële projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale planning, materiaalvoorziening en technische ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en uitvoerende monteurs om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. In deze functie krijg je de kans om te werken aan diverse industriële installaties, van procesautomatisering tot complexe elektrische distributiesystemen. Je bent betrokken bij projecten in verschillende fasen, van de initiële engineering tot en met de inbedrijfstelling. Door de variatie in projecten en sectoren blijft je werk uitdagend en ontwikkel je jezelf continu verder als technisch specialist. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitwerken van technische specificaties en werkpakketten voor E&I-installaties op basis van engineeringdocumenten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde materiaallijsten en zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van componenten en instrumentatie; - Plannen en coördineren van E&I-werkzaamheden in samenwerking met projectleiders en uitvoerende teams; - Beoordelen van technische tekeningen en schema's op uitvoerbaarheid en optimalisatie van werkprocessen; - Verzorgen van technische calculaties en begrotingen voor E&I-werkzaamheden; - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor monteurs en engineers tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van E&I-werkzaamheden; - Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkvoorbereidingsprocessen en methodieken.
