Als Werkvoorbereider E/I krijg je alle ruimte om het onderhoud aan de installaties en systemen te organiseren. Je komt te werken in een complexe procesomgeving die 24/7 produceert. Het bedrijf maakt onderdeel uit van een internationale organisatie die wereldwijd actief is in verschillende sectoren en al jarenlang een productielocatie in Delfzijl heeft. Functieomschrijving Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Werkvoorbereider E/I? Als Werkvoorbereider E/I werk je in een complexe productieomgeving waar continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid centraal staan. De fabriek bestaat uit verschillende procesinstallaties zoals destillatie, verhitting, vacuümtechniek, elektrolyse en opslag en verlading. De elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en procesbesturingen vormen een rode draad door je werkzaamheden. De functie van Werkvoorbereider E/I is niet een standaardfunctie waarbij je alleen op kantoor zit. In deze functie ben je ook regelmatig in de fabriek te vinden. Bijvoorbeeld voor het inspecteren, keuren of inbedrijf nemen van installaties. Je combineert de werkvoorbereiding met een stukje trouble shooting zoals het analyseren van elektrotechnische storingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrotechnische systemen en meet- en regelapparatuur. Bij een storing duik je zelf de techniek in: je onderzoekt waar het probleem ontstaat, analyseert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat de installatie weer veilig en betrouwbaar kan draaien.
