Sow Sanitair is gespecialiseerd in sanitaire projecten voor bedrijven, projectontwikkelaars en overheidsopdrachten in Vlaanderen, Brussel en regio Antwerpen.

Met jaren ervaring in installatietechnieken focussen we op kwalitatieve en efficiënte installaties, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. We werken nauw samen met bouwheren, architecten en studiebureaus om projecten technisch correct en volgens planning te realiseren.

Door onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een werfvoorbereider HVAC die onze projectleiders ondersteunt bij de technische en administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van onze werven.

Jouw rol: Als werkvoorbereider HVAC ondersteun je de projectleider bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van HVAC-projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het bureau- en papierwerk goed voorbereid is, zodat de projectleider zich kan focussen op de coördinatie en uitvoering van de werven.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • opmaken en verzamelen van technische fiches
  • voorbereiden van materiaalbestellingen en opvolgen van leveringen
  • opvragen van prijzen en offertes bij leveranciers
  • voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen van bestellingen
  • mee voorbereiden en bijhouden van de werf- en materiaalplanning
  • voorbereiden van vorderingsstaten en administratieve projectdocumenten
  • bijhouden en structureren van werfdossiers, plannen en technische documenten
  • opvolgen van wijzigingen, meerwerken en praktische afspraken
  • contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen
  • algemene administratieve en technische ondersteuning van de projectleider

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen het kantoor, de leveranciers en de werf.

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt, graag ondersteunt en overzicht kan bewaren over verschillende dossiers en taken.

  • Je hebt interesse in HVAC, sanitair of bouwtechnieken.
  • Een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring is een plus, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt mee in oplossingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in team.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en digitale administratieve toepassingen.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen, planningstools of Stabicad is een plus.
