Als Werkvoorbereider coördineer je, samen met je collega's, alle betrokken partijen om de projecten soepel te laten verlopen. Je bent de sleutel tot een heldere communicatie en met jouw inlevingsvermogen zorg je voor een waterdichte planning van onze geotechnische veldwerkzaamheden. Denk hierbij aan: - Het regelen van de basis: Zorgen voor het juiste materieel, de benodigde vergunningen, locatieafstemming en alle andere zaken die essentieel zijn voor de uitvoering van het veldwerk. - Centraal aanspreekpunt: Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever over de planning en uitvoering. - Voortgang bewaken: Je monitort de projectvoortgang, inventariseert risico's en stuurt direct bij bij afwijkingen van planning en budget. - Ondersteuning buitendienst: Je zorgt ervoor dat de veldmedewerkers hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren met het juiste materieel en materiaal. - Inkoop en leveranciers: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvragen van prijzen, het bestellen van materialen en het kritisch beoordelen van aanbiedingen van leveranciers. - Coördinatie: Je hebt een cruciale coördinerende rol tussen de buitendienst, planners, interne adviseurs en projectleiders.
