Iets voor jou? - Bouwkundig werkvoorbereider Wat je doet Als werkvoorbereider bij Willems ben je de spil tussen kantoor, de bouwplaats en onze ketenpartners. Daardoor ben je vaak op pad. Op de projecten heb je overleg met de uitvoerder over de planning, contact met onderaannemers en ketenpartners. En ben je natuurlijk aanwezig bij de bouwvergaderingen. Wil je in alle rust iets voorbereiden of uitwerken? Dan doe je dit op kantoor. Of misschien is die dag vanuit huis werken wel ideaal voor jou? Als werkvoorbereider heb je een breed takenpakket. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend, uitdagend en nooit saai. Zo: - zet je samen met de projectleider de eerste lijnen uit: vergunningen aanvragen, flora- en fauna onderzoek starten, begrotingen omzetten, inkoop & afroepen van materialen, planningen- en budgetten opstellen. - controleer je de aangeleverde tekeningen en bijbehorende projectdocumenten. Deze verwerk je tot een volledige projectmap, waarmee het complete uitvoeringsteam aan de slag kan. - zet je werkinstructies op en zorg je - nog voor het project van start gaat - voor een goede informatiestroom naar alle medewerkers, ketenpartners en - uiteraard! - naar de bewoners. - onderhoud je contacten met alle betrokken partijen tijdens het project.
