Ben jij technisch onderlegd en haal je voldoening uit plannen, organiseren en coördineren? Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst speel je een centrale rol binnen de technische afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en verbeterwerken efficiënt, veilig en gestructureerd verlopen. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen de techniekers optimaal aan de slag.

Jouw taken?

  • Voorbereiden van onderhouds-, herstellings- en verbeterwerken in overleg met de Technical Manager, technisch planner, supervisors en techniekers;
  • Opmaken van werkopdrachten, werkinstructies, technische documentatie en bill of materials (BOM's) voor een vlotte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden;
  • Analyseren van technische aanvragen en bepalen van de benodigde materialen, wisselstukken, gereedschappen en middelen;
  • Beheren en actualiseren van technische schema's, plannen, handleidingen, tekeningen en digitale documentatie binnen de daarvoor voorziene systemen;
  • Opvolgen van werkorders in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem en instaan voor een correcte administratieve verwerking;
  • Beheren van het technisch magazijn en bewaken van optimale voorraadniveaus;
  • Ondersteunen van technische verbeterprojecten, bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van onderhoudsprocessen;
  • Fungeren als back-up voor digitale bestellingen en zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie met interne afdelingen.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een technische omgeving;
  • Goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit of industriële installaties;
  • Vlotte omgang met technische schema's, plannen en digitale toepassingen;
  • Ervaring met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem of AutoCAD is een pluspunt;
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels;
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkhouding;
  • Administratief sterk, leergierig en bereid om jezelf verder bij te scholen.
