Werkvoorbereider - Beheer en onderhoud Over ons Bouwbedrijf Van den Heuvel is een familiebedrijf dat zich richt op onderhoud, renovatie en restauratie. Met onze afdeling Beheer & Onderhoud werken we dagelijks voor utiliteit, gemeenten, VvE's, ziekenhuizen, woningcorporaties en monumentaal erfgoed. Betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en betrokkenheid zijn onze kernwaarden. Jouw rol Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, bewoners, monteurs en de uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden, reparatiebonnen en mutatieprojecten soepel verlopen: van calculatie en planning tot materiaalbestellingen en oplevering. Dankzij jouw overzicht en voorbereiding kan het team efficiënt werken en zijn onze klanten verzekerd van kwaliteit en service. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden en coördineren van vraag gestuurd- en mutatieonderhoud en overig onderhoud. - Opstellen van offerte, planning en werkplan. - Inkoop en tijdige bestelling van materialen en onderaannemers. - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, monteurs, bewoners en opdrachtgevers. - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Wat neem je mee? - MBO+ werk - en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde of Vastgoed & Beheer. - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, bij voorkeur in onderhoud of renovatie. - Organisatorisch sterk en goed in plannen. - Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig. - Rijbewijs B.
