Ben je gepassioneerd door techniek en zie je jezelf in een coördinerende rol binnen elektrische onderhoudswerken? Als Werkvoorbereider Electrical zorg je ervoor dat alle werken veilig, efficiënt en correct verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, opvolging en administratie van uiteenlopende elektrische projecten en onderhoudswerken.

Op een doorsnee dag coördineer je zowel administratief als praktisch de werkzaamheden. Je ondersteunt interne medewerkers en externe contractoren, maakt werkvoorbereidingen en beheert schema’s en technische documentatie in SAP PM, AutoCAD, EPLAN en Caneco. Daarnaast vraag je offertes aan, vergelijk je die zorgvuldig en bereid je bestellingen voor. Je volgt elektrische keuringen op en coördineert de nodige acties, steeds met het oog op veiligheid, milieu en regelgeving zoals ATEX en Seveso. Je stelt werkinstructies op, signaleert onveilige situaties en zorgt voor een up-to-date onderhoudsarchief. Na je inwerkperiode ben je bereid in overleg deel te nemen aan het wachtsysteem.

  • Bachelor in een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, in onderhoud of in een technische coördinerende rol, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of Seveso-omgeving
  • Kennis van elektrische installaties, schema’s en technische documentatie
  • Gestructureerd kunnen werken en meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen
  • Vlot en duidelijk communiceren met interne en externe partijen
  • Veiligheid altijd op de eerste plaats zetten, risico’s signaleren en proactief handelen
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • ATEX-kennis is vereist
