Functie

Voor een toonaangevende en innovatieve logistieke speler op de terminal in Zeebrugge zoeken wij een werkvoorbereider elektriciteit & onderhoud. In deze rol combineer je bureelwerk met actie op de terminal en ben je de spilfiguur tussen planning, techniek en uitvoering.

Doel van de functie

Als werkvoorbereider ondersteun je de Supervisor Elektriciteit & Onderhoud bij het verwerken van uiteenlopende aanvragen en periodieke onderhoudstaken. Je bereidt werkorders tot in het kleinste detail voor, zodat de uitvoering vlekkeloos en veilig kan verlopen.

Je scope omvat:

  • Infrastructuur: Gebouwen, loodsen en terminalvoorzieningen.
  • Facilities: HVAC, sanitair, algemene elektriciteit/verlichting, IT-hardware, perslucht, rolpoorten, waterzuivering, camerabewaking en veiligheids- en toegangssystemen.
  • Installaties: Carwash-installaties, spoorrampen, etc.
  • Systeembeheer: Actieve ondersteuning van het kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieumanagementsysteem.

Core taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Werkvoorbereiding: Behandelen en prioriteren van preventieve en curatieve onderhoudsaanvragen via het werkordersysteem. Uitwerken van technische oplossingen in overleg met de supervisor en interne klanten. Opsplitsen van opdrachten in werkorders, opmaken van offerteaanvragen, bestellen en opvolgen van materialen en gereedschappen. Opmaken van risicoanalyses, werkvergunningen, werkinstructies en het vaststellen van normtijden. Bewaken van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen, uitvoeren van inspecties en sturen op kostenefficiëntie.

Contractor Management:

  • Aansturen en opvolgen van externe onderhoudspartners en key contractors (van offerte-aanvraag tot oplevering).
  • Evaluatie van de geleverde kwaliteit door contractors.

Samenwerking & Interne Contacten:

  • Nauwe communicatie met techniekers, interne klanten, aankoop, het warehouse en externe contractors.

ProfielJouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Bachelor Elektromechanica of Bouwkunde OF minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als werkvoorbereider.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Gevorderde kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word) en snel wegwijs in interne softwarepakketten. Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels. Sterk technisch inzicht om complexe werkzaamheden om te zetten naar gestructureerde werkorders.
  • Persoonlijke competenties: Analytisch, organisatorisch en planmatig ingesteld. Oplossingsgericht met een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Communicatief vaardig, stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer.
