The posting

· Instuderen van lastenboeken, plannen, normen en procedures en zorgen voor de toepassing ervan.

· Opvolgen van de technische werfactiviteiten op één of meerdere werven (wijziging of nieuwbouw) op het vlak van kwaliteit, planning en organisatie door de contractant.

Op vlak van coördinatie de back-up zijn van de werfcoördinator, wanneer deze om organisatorische redenen belet is.

· Opvolgen van de veilige werkwijze en bijsturen (met ondersteuning naar de werfcoördinator (=eindverantwoordelijke van de werf over alle disciplines heen)) waar nodig.

· Aanwenden van zijn eigen kennis en opgedane ervaring.

· Oordeelkundig initiatieven nemen om problemen te voorkomen en op te lossen .

· Opsporen van fouten en nemen van de nodige acties (overleg met projectingenieur).

· Uitwerken van voorstellen i.v.m. mogelijke aanpassingen.

· Zelfstandig werken met rapportering naar de werfcoördinator/projectingenieur en zo nodig naar de vakspecialist.

· Deelname aan de opstart- en opvolgvergaderingen om zo het technische luik te vertegenwoordigen.

· Opvolgen en bijsturen van:

o veiligheid tijdens uitvoeringen op de werven

o orde en netheid op de werfzone

o wettelijke keuringen

o kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken

o meetrapporten

o planningsopvolging

o planning specifieke items bij indienstname

o opvolgen mogelijke meerkosten

o oplijsten/opvolgen van opmerkingen m.b.t. indienstnames en opleveringen

· Bijsturing gebeurt altijd (tenzij onveilige situaties) in overleg met de werfcoördinator en/of de projectingenieur.

· Prijsvragen opmaken voor zowel aanpassingen als voor extra uit te voeren werken (na overleg met projectingenieur).

· Aanvragen/doorgeven van de nodige informatie voor het opstellen van ATB’s.

· Opvolgen van de extra bestelde werken binnen het ganse project.

· Verlenen van de nodige ondersteuning naar de veiligheidscoördinator.

· Voorbereiden van werkvergunningen in overleg met de werfcoördinator.

· Bijstand verlenen bij het verzorgen van de golden handshake.

· Nieuwe werfzones voorzien van de nodige elektrische voorzieningen en verlichting

· Vaktechnische bekwaamheden

o Technische controles kunnen uitvoeren op elektrische werken in een industriële omgeving

o Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen

o Lastenboek kunnen raadplegen en opvolgen tijdens uitvoering van de werken

o Kennis van AREI

o Kennis van branddetectie is een pluspunt

o Kennis van hoogspanning is een pluspunt

· Ervaring/Vaardigheden

o Opbouw van nieuwe elektrische installaties

o Plaatsen en aansluiten van bekabeling, elektrische verdeelborden,…

o Uitvoeren van werfcontroles en opvolgen van elektrische aannemers

o Basiskennis van 3D software om BIM modellen te kunnen raadplegen is een pluspunt

· Gevolgde opleiding

o Opleidingsniveau: bachelor of graduaat in een studierichting elektriciteit

o Minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring in het elektrische vakgebied

· Talenkennis

o Nederlands
