Ben jij administratief sterk en heb je een technische achtergrond of interesse in elektrotechniek? Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de regio Gent zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Elektrisch die de onderhoudsafdeling ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van elektrische onderhoudswerken.

  • Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het beheer van technische documentatie, materialen en onderhoudsplannen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de onderhoudsorganisatie efficiënt kan werken dankzij een correcte voorbereiding en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert als Werkvoorbereider Elektrisch de Bill of Materials (BOM) van diverse installaties en productielijnen.
  • Je vraagt nieuwe artikelnummers aan en volgt deze op, evenals het materiaalbeheer binnen SAP.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert periodieke onderhoudsplannen.Je stelt procedures, werkmethodes, checklists en technische documentatie op en houdt deze actueel.
  • Je ondersteunt de elektrische onderhoudsvoorbereiders binnen de afdeling.
  • Je werkt als Werkvoorbereider Elektrisch dagelijks met SAP, Outlook, Excel en Word.
  • Heb je affiniteit met elektriciteit, techniek of industriële installaties?
  • Heb je kennis van elektrische componenten?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ben je administratief sterk?
  • Ben je vertrouwd met MS Office-toepassingen?
  • Heb je ervaring met SAP?
  • Beschik je over een BA4- of BA5-attest, of ben je bereid dit te behalen?
