In deze functie zorg jij dat elektrotechnische werkzaamheden van voorbereiding tot uitvoering soepel verlopen. Je werkt aan gebouwgebonden installaties binnen onder andere kantoren, zorginstellingen, scholen en andere utiliteitsgebouwen. Denk aan verlichting, verdeelinrichtingen, noodstroomvoorzieningen, beveiligingsinstallaties en duurzame elektrotechnische oplossingen. Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil tussen engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat monteurs goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen en houdt ondertussen grip op planning, materiaal en voortgang. - voorbereiden van elektrotechnische utiliteitsprojecten; - bestellen en bewaken van materialen en materieel; - opstellen en bijhouden van werk- en projectplanningen; - controleren van tekeningen, calculaties en technische documentatie; - afstemmen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en monteurs; - signaleren en verwerken van meer- en minderwerk; - ondersteunen van de projectleider tijdens de uitvoering. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je houdt van structuur, denkt een paar stappen vooruit en weet wat er nodig is om een project goed te laten verlopen. Daarbij heb je voldoende technische kennis om mee te praten met zowel engineers als monteurs. - mbo 4 of hbo richting Elektrotechniek of Installatietechniek; - enkele jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider elektrotechniek; - kennis van gebouwgebonden elektrotechnische installaties; - ervaring binnen utiliteit, renovatie of technisch beheer; - organisatorisch sterk en goed in het stellen van prioriteiten; - communicatief vaardig en praktisch ingesteld; Wat bieden we...
