Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek Beheer & Onderhoud ben jij degene die achter de schermen zorgt dat alles klaarstaat. Van materialen en planning tot contact met monteurs en leveranciers: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat het project vooruit blijft gaan. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden en organiseren van elektrotechnische onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. - Het maken van werkbegrotingen en inkoopplanningen. - Het bestellen van materialen en bewaken van levertijden. - Het bijhouden van kosten en meer- en minderwerk. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met monteurs, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Het bezoeken van projectlocaties en bespreken van de voortgang. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Jij houdt van overzicht, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en vindt het leuk om dingen goed te regelen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een mbo 4-opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek. - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek of als werkvoorbereider. - Goede digitale vaardigheden. - Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding. - De flexibiliteit om tussen verschillende projecten te schakelen.
