Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek zorg jij dat duurzame utiliteitsgebouwen en zorglocaties technisch goed zijn voorbereid. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar een duidelijke uitvoering, bewaakt de planning en stemt alles af met collega's, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil tussen projectleiding, uitvoering en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom materialen, planningen en communicatie op rolletjes loopt. Jouw werk zorgt er direct voor dat projecten soepel en veilig verlopen en klanten tevreden zijn. Dit ga jij doen: - Het organiseren en coördineren van materialen, middelen en mensen - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel klanten als leveranciers - Kansen signaleren voor optimalisatie en besparing binnen projecten - De werkvoorbereiding van start tot oplevering coördineren en begeleiden - Tijd, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken en rapporteren - Nauw samenwerken met de projectleider en het team Wie ben jij? Jij bent proactief, communicatief sterk en hebt al wat ervaring in de werkvoorbereiding binnen de utiliteit. Je pakt snel nieuwe dingen op en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken maar werkt ook goed zelfstandig. Daarnaast heb je: - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Meerdere jaren werkervaring als werkvoorbereider, bij voorkeur binnen de utiliteit - Kennis en ervaring met elektrotechnische installaties - Een flexibele werkhouding en het talent om makkelijk te schakelen tussen verschillen...
