Hierdoor kunnen de werkzaamheden op locatie soepel en zonder verstoringen worden uitgevoerd. Dit is extra belangrijk, omdat de meeste locaties tijdens de werkzaamheden gewoon in gebruik blijven. - Vertalen van bestekken en calculaties naar concrete werkprojecten - Aanvragen, beoordelen en inkopen van leveranciersoffertes - Zorgen dat materialen en onderdelen tijdig op locatie beschikbaar zijn - Schakelen tussen monteurs, projectleiding, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Signaleren, opnemen en uitwerken van meer- en minderwerk - Opstellen van planningen, werkplannen en omschakelplannen - Omzetten van inschrijfbegrotingen naar werkbegrotingen (administratief) - Uitwerken en bewaken van projectplanningen en schema's - Verzorgen van de technische administratie ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering Wie je bent (of wil worden) Je hebt de drive om projecten tot in detail voor te bereiden en voelt je hiervoor verantwoordelijk. Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt interesse in nieuwe technieken.
