Vind je het leuk om nauw samen te werken met projectleiders, engineers en monteurs, zodat projecten soepel en volgens planning verlopen? Dan is dit een mooie uitdaging. Voor een gerenommeerd familiebedrijf binnen de installatietechniek zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek die beschikbaar is voor 32-40 uur per week. Je werkt aan uitdagende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen de utiliteit en bent vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering een onmisbare schakel binnen het projectteam. Functie Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek zorg jij ervoor dat projecten optimaal voorbereid zijn voordat de uitvoering start. Jij bewaakt de planning, regelt de benodigde materialen en ondersteunt de uitvoering waar nodig met technische oplossingen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen projectleiding, engineering, leveranciers en de monteurs op de bouwplaats. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden van elektrotechnische utiliteitsprojecten; - Opstellen en bewaken van deelplanningen; - Bestellen en coördineren van materialen; - Afstemmen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoering bij technische vraagstukken; - Bewaken van meer- en minderwerk en opstellen van offertes; - Controleren van werktekeningen, stuklijsten en technische documentatie; - Bezoeken van projectlocaties om de voortgang te bewaken; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van praktische oplossingen.
