WKF Engineering is een groeiende speler binnen de nuts-, telecom- en energiesector. We realiseren complexe infrastructuur- en installatieprojecten in samenwerking met netbeheerders, overheden en installateurs. Om onze groeiende vraag structureel in te vullen, zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek.

Ben jij iemand die een offerte en tekeningenset kan vertalen naar een concreet uitvoeringsplan, graag materialen uittrekt en bestellingen voorbereidt, en vlot schakelt met onderaannemers en bouwteams? Dan ben jij misschien wel de schakel die wij zoeken!

Jouw rol binnen het team

Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek ben jij de brug tussen de offerte, het ontwerp en de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Vanuit ons kantoor in Hasselt werk je aan de eigen infrastructuurprojecten van WKF Engineering en aan de werkvoorbereiding voor onze installatieklanten. Je maakt deel uit van ons engineeringteam en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, BIM-modelleurs en engineers. Waar nodig bezoek je projectlocaties om zaken uit te klaren en volg je bouwteamoverleggen op afstand.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Vertalen van de offerte en het uitvoeringsontwerp naar een werkbare werkvoorbereiding richting onderaannemers en uitvoering
  • Uittrekken van materialen op basis van de uitvoeringstekeningen en opmaken van materiaalstaten en bestellijsten, afgestemd op de bouwfasering
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en voorbereiden van de bestellingen
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de werkvoorbereidingsplanning en de bestelplanning in onze planningstools
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van de opstartfase van nieuwe projecten, van calculatie tot uitvoeringsontwerp
  • Bijwonen van bouwteamoverleggen (hoofdzakelijk op afstand) en verwerken van de afspraken in de werkvoorbereiding
  • Bezoeken van projectlocaties waar nodig om technische en logistieke zaken uit te klaren
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen tussen calculatie, ontwerp en uitvoering en deze terugkoppelen naar de projectleiding
  • Nauwe samenwerking met onze BIM-modelleurs en engineers voor de aanlevering van 2D-tekenwerk en detailinformatie

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Wij zoeken iemand die praktisch en gestructureerd werkt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en het overzicht bewaart over meerdere projecten tegelijk. Je begrijpt hoe een elektrotechnische installatie op de bouwplaats tot stand komt en vertaalt dat naar duidelijke instructies en bestellingen.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor of graduaat Elektrotechniek/Elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider of calculator in de elektrotechnische installatiesector
  • Kennis van AREI en/of NEN 1010; ervaring met Nederlandse projecten en de Nederlandse werkwijze is een sterk pluspunt
  • Ervaring met woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten
  • Vaardigheid in het lezen van installatietekeningen en het uittrekken van hoeveelheden
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en MS Office; ervaring met AutoCAD of Revit is een pluspunt
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ook op afstand met bouwteams en onderaannemers
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een extra troef
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot occasionele verplaatsingen naar projectlocaties in België en Nederland;
  • VCA-attest is een pluspunt
