In ons bedrijf in Lommel draait alles om vakmanschap, technologie en teamwork. Al meer dan 20 jaar bouwen wij aan hoogwaardige metaaloplossingen voor klanten in onder andere automotive, machinebouw, industriebouw, apparatenbouw en maatwerkconstructies. Met een modern machinepark, geavanceerde lasersnij-, pons-, plooi- en lastechnologieën én een sterk team van gedreven vakmensen blijven we groeien. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een ervaren Werkvoorbereider en Calculator Metaal met technische kennis van metaalbewerking, die projecten technisch én organisatorisch in goede banen leidt.

  • Je analyseert technische tekeningen, plannen en klantaanvragen
  • Je maakt kostprijsberekeningen en offertes op voor plaatwerk- en metaalconstructies
  • Je bereidt productieopdrachten technisch voor zodat productie efficiënt kan opstarten
  • Je vertaalt klanttekeningen naar duidelijke productie-informatie
  • Je werkt technische tekeningen uit in 2D en/of 3D
  • Je bepaalt materiaalbehoeftes, bewerkingen en productiemethodes
  • Je ondersteunt de productie bij technische vragen en optimalisaties
  • Je bewaakt de haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en timing van projecten
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales, productie, atelier en leveranciers
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntie, automatisatie en procesverbeteringen
  • Je programmeert en/of ondersteunt CNC-processen waar nodig
  • Je volgt projecten op van offertefase tot productie

Wij zijn op zoek naar onderstaand profiel;

  • Je hebt, bij voorkeur, ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, calculatie of projectopvolging binnen de metaalsector
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht in plaatbewerking en metaalconstructies
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch tekenen (bij voorkeur AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Tekla of gelijkaardig)
  • Kennis van lasersnijden, plooien, lassen of CNC-bewerkingen is een grote troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook sterk in teamverband
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en leveranciers
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en neemt initiatief
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving binnen metaalbewerking is noodzakelijk
