Als Werkvoorbereider speel je een sleutelrol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze projecten, van offerte tot oplevering. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar duidelijke werkplannen en zorgt ervoor dat materialen, mensen en middelen perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en uitvoerders. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige voorbereiding kunnen collega’s in het veld optimaal presteren.

Als Werkvoorbereider voor technische projecten en onderhoud organiseer en plan je cruciale taken, waardoor het productieproces vlot verloopt. Hier een kijkje in je typische werkdag:

  • Je neemt de leiding in het plannen en organiseren van onderhoudswerken en technische projecten.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwgezette planning en stelt bekwaam personeel beschikbaar.
  • Beheren van de benodigde materialen en tijdige inkoop.
  • Coördineren met de plannings- en productieverantwoordelijke om de werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde deadlines te voltooien.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, met aandacht voor zowel interne als externe medewerkers om een veilige, efficiënte en hoogwaardige uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Je handelt werkdossiers administratief af, maakt werkorders aan in het CRM-systeem en verzorgt de interne rapportage.

De gezochte Werkvoorbereider herkent zich in volgende kenmerken:

  • Sterke kennis van elektrische en mechanische aspecten, met specifieke expertise in motoren en elektrische componenten.
  • Kan preventief onderhoud plannen en uitvoeren.
  • Heeft uitgebreide kennis van hydraulica en pneumatiek en is in staat dit met collega's te delen.
  • Ervaring met Autocad of Inventor is een sterk pluspunt.
