In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en draag je direct bij aan succesvolle industriële projecten in elektromechanisch onderhoud en metaalconstructies. De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Werkvoorbereider?

  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van materiaalstromen van het tekenbureau tot op de werf
  • Plannen van de werkvolgorde en zorgen voor een efficiënte uitvoering
  • Opmaken van werkvoorschriften en optimaliseren van de werkorganisatie in het atelier
  • Detecteren van afwijkingen en proactief aanreiken van oplossingen
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan uitvoerders tijdens het projectverloop
  • Waken over kwaliteit, timing en veiligheid op de werkvloer

Onze klant Als werkvoorbereider kom je terecht binnen een dynamische KMO gespecialiseerd in industriële projecten met focus op elektromechanisch onderhoud, metaalconstructies en machinebouw. Het bedrijf ondersteunt productieomgevingen met op maat gemaakte technische oplossingen en combineert praktijkervaring met doorgedreven engineering. Projecten situeren zich in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals voeding, chemie en automatisatie. Dankzij een moderne infrastructuur en een hands-on aanpak kom je terecht in een technisch uitdagende en no-nonsense omgeving. Wie ben jij als Werkvoorbereider in West-Vlaanderen?

  • In het bezit van een technisch bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma, aangevuld met minstens 2 jaar ervaring
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Technische kennis van materialen, gereedschappen en processen binnen metaalconstructie en industrie
  • Communicatief vaardig, met oog voor samenwerking, orde en veiligheid
