Functie inhoud Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de begeleiding van één of meerdere projecten. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de vooraf gestelde doelstellingen. Om deze doelstellingen te behalen stel je planningen en inkoopopdrachten op en zorg je voor de complete technische werkvoorbereiding. Je beoordeelt eveneens leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat de gegevens voor de financiële bewaking en de afhandeling van projecten kloppen. Ook het signaleren en berekenen van meer- en minderwerk behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Tot slot controleer, registreer en distribueer je documenten.
