Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst houd jij alle touwtjes in handen tussen planning, uitvoering en kwaliteit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark én de gebouwgebonden installaties in topconditie blijven, zodat de productie soepel doordraait. Dankzij een scherpe blik op onderhoud, planning en veiligheid weet jij precies wat er moet gebeuren - nog vóórdat er iets stilvalt. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen en organiseren: Zorgt voor een strakke planning van onderhoud, revisies en technische stops. - Coördineren en bewaken : Houdt de uitvoering in de gaten en ziet erop toe dat alle werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en met kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. - Samenwerken: Werkt nauw samen met interne teams (Technische Dienst, Productie, Logistiek) en externe partners zoals aannemers en installateurs. - Verbeteren : Signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en ondersteunt projecten zoals machineaanpassingen en lijnoptimalisaties. - Onderhoud borgen: Volgt preventieve onderhoudsplannen op en helpt zo storingen en stilstand te voorkomen. - Administratie bijhouden: Zorgt dat werkorders, planningen en terugkoppelingen netjes worden geregistreerd in het onderhoudssysteem.
