Onze klant is een klasse 8 aannemer en maakt deel uit van een grotere bouwgroep. Vanuit hun vestiging in Gent realiseren ze projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel. Ze staan voor vakmanschap en hechten veel belang aan waarden zoals kwaliteit, transparantie, betrokkenheid, respect en samenwerking.

Je maakt deel uit van het team ‘Aankoop & Werkvoorbereiding’ en bent, samen met het projectteam, verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking, voorbereiding en inkoop van één of meerdere projecten.

  • Bij de technische voorbereiding werk je de uitvoeringsdetails uit en zoek je proactief naar alternatieve en efficiënte bouwmethodes.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en zijn of haar team en onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe partijen, zoals architecten, ingenieurs, klanten, partners, onderaannemers en leveranciers, om een kwalitatief en efficiënt resultaat te garanderen.
  • Daarnaast stel je prijsaanvragen op voor onderaanneming en materiaalvoorziening, volg je deze op, maak je prijsvergelijkingen en voer je technische onderhandelingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief om de kwaliteit te verbeteren, kennis op te bouwen en te delen binnen het team. Door technische ontwikkelingen in de markt op te volgen, draag je bij aan de verdere groei van onze kennisdatabank.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Gent, maar neemt ook deel aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Je hebt een hogere bouwopleiding gevolgd en beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of uitvoering.
  • Je combineert een analytische aanpak met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je vlot en doeltreffend onderhandelt.
  • Dankzij je expertise en ervaring kan je zelfstandig werken, snel schakelen en je planning efficiënt beheren.
