Als Werkvoorbereider Fabrieksonderhoud & Piping ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en plannen van mechanische onderhoudswerken aan leidingen, pompen, kleppen en andere installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voordat de werkzaamheden beginnen, en fungeert als de verbinding tussen productie, aankoop, onderhoudsploegen en contractors.

Jouw Taken:

  • Werkvoorbereiding van mechanische onderhoudswerken.
  • Opstellen van materiaallijsten en werkpakketten.
  • Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers.
  • Bestellen van materialen, onderdelen en externe diensten.
  • Voorzien van benodigde documentatie en werkvergunningen.
  • Technische plannen en P&ID's interpreteren.
  • Ondersteunen van onderhouds- en projectteams.
  • Afstemmen met productie en externe contractors.
  • Controleren van uitgevoerde werken en documentatie.
  • Signaleren van verbeteringen op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Een technische achtergrond heeft in piping, fabrieksonderhoud of industriële projecten.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht werkt.
  • Vlot communiceert met collega's, leveranciers en klanten.
