Het werk is gevarieerd en biedt uitdaging in zowel nieuwbouwprojecten als onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Plannen en coördineren van nieuwbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Maken van calculaties en offertes; - Aansturen van uitvoerende teams en externe partijen. Wat heb je nodig? Je bent georganiseerd en staat klaar om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Daarnaast heb je een sterke drive om dingen goed te regelen. - Beschikt over mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare werkervaring als werkvoorbereider, officemanager of vergelijkbare functie; - Bekend met nieuwbouw en onderhoud; - In staat zelfstandig projecten af te ronden.
