In de functie van werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van verschillende werkzaamheden en de administratie omtrent glasvezelprojecten in de particuliere glasvezelbranche. Fiber to the Home genaamd. Door eerder opgedane ervaring in (bij voorkeur) de telecom of glasvezeltechniek beschik je over technische kennis, kun je prioriteiten stellen en risico's goed inschatten. Verder ben je bezig met: - Het technisch voorbereiden van een particuliere klantaansluiting (FttH); - Vergunningsaanvragen; - Materiaal bestellen; - Tekeningen lezen van verschillende disciplines; - Meer en minderwerk vaststellen; - Klantafspraak inplannen en communiceren; - Administratie bijhouden in diverse systemen; - Direct contact met collega monteurs, uitvoerders en collega's van planning/werkvoorbereiding. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau (in een technische richting is pré); - Je hebt aantoonbare opleidings- en of werkervaring bij voorkeur binnen de (glasvezel) techniek en of installatietechniek of elektrotechniek; - Je hebt ervaring met technische administratieve processen zoals het verwerken in administratieve systemen, vergunningen aanvragen, inkoop orders etc.; - Je bent flexibel, kan goed met stress omgaan, een teamspeler en communicatief sta je je mannetje of vrouwtje; - Je bent bereid om je verder te ontwikkelen in de glasvezeltechniek.
