Analyse van aanvragen en storingen

  • Beoordelen en analyseren van aanvragen, meldingen en tickets die door de helpdesk worden doorgestuurd.
  • Interpreteren van technische informatie, interventieverslagen, foto's en meetgegevens.
  • Vaststellen van de vermoedelijke oorzaak van storingen of defecten.
  • Bepalen van de benodigde werkzaamheden, materialen en expertise voor een succesvolle interventie.
  • Inschatten van de omvang, prioriteit en urgentie van de werkzaamheden.

Werkvoorbereiding

  • Opstellen en aanvullen van technische werkopdrachten voor de planning en de techniekers.
  • Voorzien van alle relevante informatie zodat interventies in één bezoek kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Identificeren van de benodigde wisselstukken, materialen, gereedschappen en veiligheidsmiddelen.

Technische expertise

  • Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor mechanische en elektrische vragen rond brandstofinstallaties en facility van stations.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij interventies op: ondergrondse en bovengrondse tanks; leidingsystemen; brandstofpompen; afsluiters en appendages; peilsystemen; olie- en benzineafscheiders; vulpunten en ontluchtingssystemen.
  • Meedenken over duurzame en kostenefficiënte technische oplossingen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij elektrische en elektronische componenten van brandstofinstallaties.

Ondersteuning van planning en uitvoering

  • Nauwe samenwerking met de planningsafdeling.
  • Afstemmen over de benodigde competenties en interventieduur.
  • Ondersteunen van techniekers bij technische vragen tijdens interventies.
  • Evalueren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en waar nodig bijkomende acties definiëren.

Materiaal- en leveranciersbeheer

  • Controleren van beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en materialen, zowel in onze eigen ruime stock als bij leveranciers.
  • Ondersteuning bij aanvragen van technische offertes voor onderdelen door onze aankoopafdeling.
  • Mee bewaken van voorraadbeheer van kritische onderdelen in de servicewagens van onze techniekers.

Veiligheid en kwaliteit

  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van procedures en werkmethodieken.
  • Bachelor of Master in mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Elektromechanische kennis en ervaring met industriële installaties, leidingsystemen, pompen, tanks of aanverwante technieken.
  • Ervaring binnen de sector van brandstofinstallaties, tankstations, petrochemie of industriële onderhoudsomgevingen is een plus.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit en elektronica.
  • Analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht.
  • Vermogen om storingen te analyseren en efficiënte oplossingen voor te bereiden.
  • Nauwkeurig, planmatig en georganiseerd.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, collega's en partners.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Outlook en MS Office en je bent vlot mee met andere IT software
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
