Denk hierbij aan duurzaamheid, digitaal bouwen en nieuwe contractvormen. Ze bouwen voornamelijk de grote(re) werken binnen de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Het gaat om miljoenenprojecten als woontorens, hoofdkantoren, ziekenhuizen, scholen, etc. Tevens besteden ze veel aandacht aan werknemers door o.a. opleidingen en cursussen aan te bieden. Ook staan thema's als werkdruk, stress en kennisdeling centraal binnen de organisatie. Functie inhoud - Project: Nieuwbouw van ruim 300 appartementen. - Project: Nieuwbouw van 75 appartementen. In overleg met de projectleider zal je op 1 van de 2 projecten worden ingezet. Tot jouw takenpakket behoort: - Opstellen en bewaken van de werkplanning voor gevelonderdelen; - Technische uitwerking van geveldetails in overleg met engineering en uitvoering; - Signaleren van knelpunten in het ontwerp en aandragen van oplossingen; - Inkoopvoorbereiding van gevelmaterialen en coördinatie met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Opstellen en beheren van werktekeningen, stuklijsten en bestellingen; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoerder bij de voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden buiten; - Bewaken van kosten, kwaliteit, planning en voortgang. Functie eisen - Na de bouwvak beschikbaar voor 32 - 40 uur per week, start in augustus of september; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider met grootschalige woningbouw. Bij voorkeur met de gevel; - In het bezit van een VOL-VCA; - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding.
