Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Groen speel je een sleutelrol in het beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren van de groene buitenruimte binnen onze gemeente. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten op het gebied van groenvoorziening, van plantsoenen tot sportparken en boombeheer, goed voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden. Je werkt samen met beheerders, toezichthouders, aannemers en bewoners om onze leefomgeving duurzaam, veilig en aantrekkelijk te houden. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt bestekken, werkomschrijvingen en kostenramingen op voor groenprojecten; - Je bereidt onderhouds- en inrichtingsprojecten voor, van idee tot en met uitvoering; - Je vraagt offertes aan, beoordeelt deze en begeleidt aanbestedingsprocedures; - Je ondersteunt toezichthouders tijdens de uitvoering van projecten; - Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en het budget en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je denkt actief mee over duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen voor het beheer van de openbare ruimte; - Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, aannemers en collega's binnen de organisatie en zorgt voor goede afstemming. Functie-eisen - Een mbo+/hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals groenbeheer, civiele techniek of land- en tuinbouw. - Enkele jaren ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, bij voorkeur binnen de openbare ruimte of groenvoorziening. - Kennis van RAW-bestekken en aanbestedingsprocedures is een pre. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een praktische instelling. - Affiniteit met duurzaamheid, biodiversiteit en klimaatadaptatie.
