Ben jij een organisatietalent met technisch inzicht en passie voor groenprojecten? Dan is deze vacature als Werkvoorbereider Groen en Daktuinen iets voor jou.

Als Werkvoorbereider Groen en Daktuinen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, organisatie en coördinatie van uiteenlopende projecten binnen het groen, de daktuinen en de buitenruimte. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, leveranciers en uitvoerende teams en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, veilig en succesvol worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

-Voorbereiden van uitvoeringsprojecten, waaronder engineering, planning en inkoop; -Opstellen, beheren en bewaken van complete projectdossiers; -Signaleren en registreren van meer- en minderwerk; -Toezien op kwaliteitseisen, wet- en regelgeving en projectafspraken; -Ondersteunen van voormannen en projectleiders tijdens de uitvoering; -Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en onderaannemers; -Maken en beoordelen van technische tekeningen in AutoCAD of vergelijkbare tekenprogramma's.

Korte toelichting op de vereiste werkervaring

Je beschikt over MBO- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau en hebt ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen het groen, de civiele techniek, cultuurtechniek, bouw of daktuinen. Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt gestructureerd en hebt ervaring met AutoCAD of vergelijkbare tekenprogramma's. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en werk je proactief en oplossingsgericht.

Van daktuinen en sportcomplexen tot groene buitenruimtes en duurzame bouwprojecten: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is voorbereid.
