Groenprojecten goed voorbereiden voordat de uitvoering start. Als werkvoorbereider groen in Krimpen aan den IJssel zorg je dat planning, tekeningen, materialen, vergunningen, onderaannemers en projectinformatie kloppen. Je vraagt offertes op, koopt materialen in, maakt eenvoudige calculaties en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht naar projectleider, uitvoerder of voorman. Deze functie past bij een ervaren werkvoorbereider of calculator, maar ook bij een uitvoerder, voorman hovenier of projectcoördinator die klaar is voor een stap naar binnen. Kennis van de praktijk buiten is juist waardevol, omdat jij begrijpt wat er nodig is om een groenproject soepel te laten verlopen. Funtieomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een groenbedrijf met projecten in Krimpen aan den IJssel en de regio Rotterdam. De werkzaamheden liggen in groene buitenruimtes voor gemeenten, zorginstellingen, scholen, bedrijven, woningcorporaties en andere professionele opdrachtgevers. Op kantoor werk je samen met projectleiders, calculatoren, uitvoerders en collega’s uit de uitvoering. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je snel kunt schakelen over planning, materiaal, tekeningen en vragen vanuit buiten. Projecten liggen onder andere in Krimpen aan den IJssel, Capelle aan den IJssel, Rotterdam, Gouda, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Ridderkerk en omliggende plaatsen. Functie-eisen Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator, projectcoördinator, uitvoerder of voorman in het groen Kennis van groenvoorziening, aanleg, onderhoud, buitenruimte, GWW of cultuurtechniek Je kunt plannen, organiseren en overzicht houden wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen Ervaring met tekeningen, offertes, materiaalinkoop, vergunningen of calculaties is belangrijk MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau; praktijkervaring uit de uitvoering telt zwaar mee Je communiceert duidelijk met projectleider, uitvoerder, leveranciers en onderaannemers Wij bieden Salaris van €4.250 tot €5.950 bruto per maand 32 tot 40 uur per week met uitzicht op een
