Als werkvoorbereider grootschalige renovatie ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat complexe renovatieprojecten tot in de puntjes zijn voorbereid voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles klopt. Van technische uitwerking tot planning en begroting, jij hebt het overzicht en zorgt dat het project soepel van start kan gaan. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen voor grootschalige renovatieprojecten; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werk- en uitvoeringsplanningen in overleg met het projectteam; - Het maken van calculaties en begrotingen, waarbij je scherp let op kostenbeheersing; - Het aanvragen van vergunningen en het zorgen voor alle benodigde documentatie; - Het coördineren en begeleiden van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het signaleren van risicos en het proactief aandragen van oplossingen; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid gedurende de voorbereidingsfase; - Het overdragen van het project aan de uitvoering, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze start.

Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld senior werkvoorbereider of projectleider.
