Als Werkvoorbereider Infrastructuur zorg jij dat tekeningen, materialen, vergunningen en projectafspraken tijdig samenkomen. Je bereidt zelfstandig projecten voor zoals rioolvervangingen, nieuwe fietsverbindingen, wegreconstructies en de inrichting van woongebieden. Daarbij houd je grip op techniek, planning en kosten en blijf je vanaf de voorbereiding tot aan de oplevering betrokken. Je signaleert knelpunten vroeg en zorgt dat de uitvoering niet onnodig hoeft te wachten. Je gaat onder andere: - Bestekken, contractstukken en technische tekeningen analyseren; - Projectonderdelen vertalen naar overzichtelijke werkpakketten; - Hoeveelheden voor grond, riolering en verhardingen controleren; - Materiaalstaten, bestellijsten en afroepoverzichten opstellen; - Leveranciers en onderaannemers benaderen voor prijs en beschikbaarheid; - Offertes technisch en commercieel vergelijken; - Materialen inkopen en levermomenten afstemmen; - Detailplanningen en uitvoeringsfaseringen uitwerken; Wie ben jij? Je hebt ervaring met civiele werkvoorbereiding en kunt een projectonderdeel zelfstandig van ontwerp naar uitvoering brengen. Je leest technische informatie kritisch, bewaakt deadlines en begrijpt welke gevolgen een wijziging kan hebben voor planning en kosten. Wanneer gegevens ontbreken, zoek je actief naar het antwoord.
