Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch perfect voorbereid worden, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Vanaf het begin van een project ben je betrokken en krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over de aanpak en uitvoering. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en tekeningen naar uitvoeringsplannen; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplannen, calculaties en begrotingen; - Het aanvragen van vergunningen en het verzorgen van meldingen; - Het maken van materiaal- en materieelinzet planningen; - Het coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het opstellen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen (V&G-plannen); - Het adviseren van de uitvoering tijdens de realisatiefase; - Het bewaken van de planning en het budget tijdens de voorbereiding.

Daarnaast krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Werkvoorbereider of zelfs Projectleider. De organisatie investeert graag in opleidingen en cursussen die jou helpen om de volgende stap in je carrière te zetten. Denk hierbij aan cursussen op het gebied van contractmanagement, BIM-software of leiderschapstrainingen.
