Techniek, planning en samenwerking komen samen in deze functie. Als Werkvoorbereider / Hardware Engineer Besturingen zorg je dat besturingspanelen goed voorbereid de productie in gaan. Je werkt met EPLAN, stemt disciplines op elkaar af en houdt grip op de technische uitvoering. Zo help je projecten vooruit. Wat ga je doen?Je zorgt voor een goede technische voorbereiding van paneelbouw en elektro-assemblage bij onze opdrachtgever. Met EPLAN P8 werk je elektrische schema’s uit en pas je deze aan op basis van project- en klantspecificaties. Je zorgt dat tekeningen, stuklijsten, labels en andere technische documenten compleet en actueel zijn. Tijdens projecten ben je de schakel tussen engineering, inkoop, paneelbouw en projectleiding. Je stemt onder andere I/O-opbouw, kastindelingen en kabelroutes af. Hierdoor weet iedereen wat er nodig is en kan de uitvoering volgens planning doorgaan. Ook houd je tijdens het project zicht op wijzigingen en technische knelpunten. Je denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en kijkt waar processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen. Daarnaast bewaak je de projectdocumentatie en zorg je dat de as-built situatie na oplevering goed is vastgelegd. Jouw werkzaamheden - Elektrische schema’s uitwerken en aanpassen in EPLAN P8 volgens project- en klantspecificaties; - Paneelbouw en elektro-assemblage voorbereiden met stuklijsten, labels en technische documentatie; - Materiaal- en sparepartslijsten opstellen voor inkoop en service; - Technische kick-offs verzorgen en aanspreekpunt zijn voor paneelbouw en elektro-assemblage; - I/O-opbouw, kastindelingen en kabelroutes afstemmen met mechanical engineering; - Knelpunten en wijzigingen signaleren en verbeteringen voorstellen voor standaardisatie en efficiëntie; - Projectdocumentatie compleet en actueel houden, inclusief as-built documentatie.
