Werkvoorbereider Huisaansluitingen (Elektra / Water) Zaanstreek - Zaandam - € 3.600,00 - 4.750,00 Over de functie Zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe woningen stroom en water krijgen? Elke nieuwe woning, elk verduurzaamd huis en elke laadpaal begint met een goede aansluiting. Het elektriciteitsnet moet zwaarder, wijken gaan van het gas af en nieuwbouwprojecten schieten uit de grond. Achter al die aansluitingen zit iemand die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de ploeg de schop in de grond zet: de werkvoorbereider huisaansluitingen. Ben jij die spin in het web? Bij Bowers kom je in ons team werkvoorbereiding in Noord-Holland. Samen met je collega's werk je aan huisaansluitingen elektra en water in de wijken van Haarlemmermeer, Amsterdam, Haarlem en de rest van de provincie. Jij ziet elke dag terug wat je hebt voorbereid, en je collega's weten dat ze op jou kunnen bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider huisaansluitingen ben jij de schakel tussen de aanvraag en de uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat onze monteurs en grondwerkers buiten precies weten wat ze moeten doen, met het juiste materiaal, de juiste vergunningen en een strakke planning. Het ene project zit nog in de aanvraagfase, het andere ligt in de grond en een derde lever je net op. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Beoordelen en verwerken van aanvragen voor nieuwe aansluitingen, verzwaringen en verleggingen van elektra en water; - Schouwen op locatie en het in kaart brengen van de situatie ter plaatse; - Uitvoeren van KLIC-meldingen en aanvragen van vergunningen en verkeersmaatregelen bij de gemeente; - Plannen van de werkzaamheden en afstemmen met monteurs, grondwerkploegen en de uitvoerder; - Bestellen van materialen en zorgen dat alles op tijd op de juiste plek is; - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, aannemers, projectontwikkelaars en gemeentes; - Verzamelen van revisiegegevens, foto's en documenten voor een complete oplevering.
