Werkvoorbereider HVAC/Sanitair

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

In deze afwisselende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding van diverse projecten, zoals scholen, sport- en recreatiecentra en andere utiliteitsgebouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectingenieurs, tekenaars en andere betrokken partijen om elk project tot in de puntjes voor te bereiden.

Jouw taken

  • Analyseren van bestekken en plannen en uitwerken tot een technisch dossier
  • Bepalen van de meest efficiënte uitvoeringsmethodes in overleg met collega’s en klanten
  • Selecteren van de juiste materialen en HVAC/SAN-systemen binnen budget en technische vereisten
  • Opstellen van het as-built dossier met definitieve materiaalkeuzes
  • Overdracht van het volledige dossier aan de projectleider voor een vlotte opstart van de uitvoering

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een technische richting.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en beschikt over een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief en functioneert goed in teamverband.
  • Affiniteit met HVAC en sanitair is een sterke troef.
