The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Deurne bereid je projecten binnen de industriële automatisering voor, van calculatie en offerte tot uitvoering en evaluatie. Je vertaalt een technisch ontwerp naar een werkbegroting, materiaalbehoefte en haalbare planning. De projecten lopen uiteen van de installatie van een productielijn bij een voedingsmiddelenproducent tot een waterzuiveringsinstallatie. Daarbij houd je overzicht over de technische voorbereiding, de inzet van monteurs en de voortgang richting de klant. In je dagelijkse werk stem je af met de projectcoördinator, leveranciers en het uitvoeringsteam. Je bestelt materialen, bewaakt gewerkte uren en bezoekt projecten om de uitvoering op de planning te laten aansluiten. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is en wanneer. Door uiteenlopende installaties voor te bereiden, verdiep je je kennis van industriële besturingen, elektrotechnische componenten en projectbeheersing. Functie-inhoud - Calculaties en offertes opstellen op basis van technische ontwerpen. - Werkbegrotingen opzetten en kosten tijdens de uitvoering volgen. - Monteurs inplannen en gewerkte uren bijhouden. - Benodigde materialen inventariseren, bestellen en leveringen afstemmen. - Projectplanningen bewaken met de projectcoördinator, leveranciers en klant. - Projectlocaties bezoeken en het uitvoeringsteam voorzien van duidelijke werkinformatie. - Klanten informeren over de voortgang en afgeronde projecten evalueren. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische basis op mbo- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering. - Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding of een vergelijkbare coördinerende technische rol. - Je kunt technische ontwerpen en elektrotechnische schema’s vertalen naar materialen en werkzaamheden. - Je hebt inzicht in industriële besturingen en de samenhang tussen besturingskasten, sensoren en actuatoren. - Je werkt nauwkeurig met calculaties, begrotingen, planningen en urenregistratie. - Je communiceert duidel.
