Bij een Zeeuws familiebedrijf in de industriële installatietechniek werk je als werkvoorbereider aan de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van projecten. Vanuit 's-Heerenhoek ondersteun je de projectleider met calculaties, offertes, materiaalplanning en projectadministratie. Je vertaalt de projectbehoefte naar een uitvoerbare voorbereiding en zorgt dat materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij houd je rekening met elektrotechnische voorschriften, levertijden en de planning van de uitvoering. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met de projectleider, collega's, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Je bewaakt kritische termijnen, houdt uren en materiaalverbruik bij en signaleert knelpunten voordat die de uitvoering verstoren. Je werkt in een open, informele cultuur met ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen binnen je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Met opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden kun je je kennis van elektrotechniek, industriële installaties en projectvoorbereiding verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Calculaties en offertes opstellen onder verantwoordelijkheid van de projectleider - Materialen organiseren en tijdige levering op de juiste locatie afstemmen - Projectvoortgang bewaken en knelpunten rond kritische termijnen signaleren - Technische en praktische afstemming verzorgen met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Projectadministratie bijhouden, inclusief tijdige registratie van uren en materiaalverbruik - De projectleider technisch en administratief ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-diploma elektrotechniek en ruime kennis van industriële installatietechniek - Je hebt ervaring met industriële installaties en affiniteit met elektrotechnische projectvoorbereiding - Je kent de geldende elektrotechnische voorschriften, waaronder NEN 1010 - Je plant zorgvuldig, werkt zelfstandig en communiceert klantgericht met collega's en externe partijen - Je hebt VCA-VOL of bent bereid dit certificaat te behalen - Je hebt rij.
