Als Werkvoorbereider Infra ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch optimaal worden voorbereid, zodat het uitvoerende team efficiënt en veilig aan de slag kan. Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, projectleiding en de uitvoering, en bent betrokken bij projecten vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de oplevering. Jouw technische inzicht en oog voor detail maken het verschil in het succes van elk project. In deze functie krijg je de kans om te werken aan gevarieerde infrastructurele projecten waarbij je jouw stempel kunt drukken op de voorbereiding en planning. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van contracten en tekeningen naar werkbare uitvoeringsplannen en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen, materieel en menskracht op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers en leveranciers en bewaak je de kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het gehele project. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplannen, uitvoeringsplanningen en faseeringsplannen voor infrastructurele projecten; - Het uitwerken van technische tekeningen en bestekken naar praktische uitvoeringsplannen; - Het aanvragen van benodigde vergunningen en het coördineren van KLIC-meldingen; - Het calculeren en inkopen van materialen, materieel en onderaannemers; - Het opstellen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen (V&G-plannen, kwaliteitsplannen); - Het verzorgen van de technische overdracht naar de uitvoering en het begeleiden van het projectteam tijdens de realisatiefase; - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit gedurende de uitvoering; - Het signaleren van risico's en het proactief aandragen van oplossingen.
