Bij I-Padel bouwen we hoogwaardige padelbanen voor sportclubs, verenigingen en commerciële sportlocaties. Om onze projecten goed te organiseren zoeken wij een werkvoorbereider en inkoper die zorgt dat alles achter de schermen strak geregeld is. Van het bestellen van materialen tot het voorbereiden van projecten en het inplannen van montageteams: jij zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voordat een project start. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider en inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid en georganiseerd zijn. Je bent de schakel tussen sales, projectleiding, leveranciers en het magazijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen van materiaallijsten voor projecten - Bestellen van materialen bij vaste leveranciers - Bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van bestellingen - Voorraadbeheer in het ERP-systeem Ridder IQ - Voorbereiden van projecten zodat montage soepel kan starten - Opstellen van projectplanningen - Inplannen van monteurs en installatieteams - Afstemmen met het magazijn zodat materialen tijdig gereed staan - Administratieve verwerking van projecten in Trello en Ridder IQ Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor in Urk, met de mogelijkheid om deels hybride te werken. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand die structuur brengt en graag overzicht houdt in projecten en processen. Je bent iemand die: - Gestructureerd en planmatig werkt - Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt - Goed kan schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden - Communicatief sterk is richting collega's en leveranciers - Overzicht houdt in planning en materiaalstromen Technische kennis is geen vereiste.
