Ben jij een werkvoorbereider werktuigbouwkunde en/of koeltechniek en weet jij hoe je op een professionele manier leiding geeft aan projectmedewerkers? Weet jij wat monteurs in het veld nodig hebben en zorg jij ervoor dat alle voorbereiding vlekkeloos verloopt? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap.

Als werkvoorbereider werktuigbouwkunde en/of koeltechniek ga je ervoor zorgen dat projecten tot in de puntjes worden voorbereid. Je weet precies wat er nodig is om monteurs optimaal te laten werken en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van projecten van begin tot eind binnen een projectteam. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in nauwe samenwerking met collega's.

Daarnaast ga je:

• Overleggen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en bouwpartners; • Op een professionele manier projectmedewerkers aansturen; • Commerciële kansen signaleren en benutten; • Calculaties en engineering uitvoeren; • Meerdere teams begeleiden binnen werktuigbouwkundige en/of; koeltechnische projecten.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie die actief is binnen retail en utiliteit, met projecten verspreid over Nederland, België en Luxemburg. De werkzaamheden binnen utiliteit bevinden zich doorgaans binnen een straal van circa 80 km rondom de vestiging.

Functie-eisen: - Mbo-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, koeltechniek of vergelijkbaar • Ervaring met MS Office en 4PS • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits en/of Frans is een pré) • VCA VOL of bereidheid om dit te behalen • Sterke vaardigheden in plannen en organiseren • Stressbestendigheid en klantgerichte instelling
