Je leert hoe je grip krijgt op kosten, planning en maakbaarheid voordat de uitvoering start. Je werkt daarbij samen met de projectleider(s) en de uitvoering. Naarmate je groeit in kennis en ervaring, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van kostencalculaties en begrotingen - Meewerken aan de volledige werkvoorbereiding en projectplanning - Controleren en uitwerken van technische tekeningen (AutoCAD) - Voorbereiden en coördineren van inkooptrajecten - Afstemmen met de interieurtimmerwerkplaats over planning en technische details - Intensief schakelen met uitvoering over maakbaarheid en voortgang - Signaleren van optimalisaties in kosten, planning en proces - Structuur aanbrengen in projectinformatie en documentatie
