Binnen deze rol en deze organisatie ben jij een manusje van alles. Jij komt in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden veel ad-hoc taken tegen die per direct afgehandeld moeten worden. Daarnaast kun jij de volgende taken verwachten: - Je bent bezig met het aanvragen van de juiste vergunningen; - Je houdt je bezig met voorbereidingen treffen voor de uit te voeren projecten; - Je onderhoudt het contact met interne en externe belanghebbenden; - Je bent geregeld op de project locatie te vinden om het werk te controleren; - Ook houdt je zicht op de voortgang en signaleer jij knelpunten binnen het project. Zoals je ziet, zit je als werkvoorbereider in een allround functie. Het is daarom ook mogelijk om vanuit deze rol door te groeien naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid (denk bijvoorbeeld aan Projectcoördinator of Sr. werkvoorbereider). Wie je bent (of wil worden): De rol van Werkvoorbereider is vrij divers en daarom is het echt van belang dat jij een aanpakker bent. Ook beschik jij over het volgende: - Een afgeronde technische opleiding (MBO niveau 4 of HBO) - Je hebt ervaring in de ondergrondse infratechniek of hebt een uitgesproken interesse richting deze branche - Je bent van nature communicatief en hebt oog voor het grotere plaatje - Je bent ambitieus en wilt graag doorgroeien en verder ontwikkelen - Je bent kostenbewust, resultaatgericht en bent flexibel Functieoverzicht .
