Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve en operationele voorbereiding van infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je vraagt vergunningen aan en verzamelt de nodige technische fiches en documentatie.
  • Je maakt mee de projectplanning op en bewaakt de verschillende voorbereidende stappen.
  • Je onderzoekt en werkt uitvoeringsprocedures verder uit.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleiding en projectleiding om ervoor te zorgen dat de uitvoering vlot kan starten.
  • Je ondersteunt de aankoopafdeling door prijsaanvragen voor te bereiden en bestellingen te plaatsen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie tijdig bij de juiste personen terechtkomt.
  • Je denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring als werkvoorbereider, projectingenieur of binnen infrastructuur is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Je hebt interesse in infrastructuur en wil je verder ontwikkelen binnen een technische omgeving.
