Als Werkvoorbereider Kleinbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van meerdere kleinschalige bouwprojecten, waaronder renovaties en nieuwbouw. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, planningen en projectinformatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn, zodat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Je onderhoudt contact met uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt de voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit van de projecten. Je signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en praktische instelling verlopen projecten efficiënt en zonder vertraging. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Woonachtig in Nederland en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Kennis van AutoCAD is een pré. - Afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding in Bouwkunde. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de bouwsector. - Zelfstandig en proactief met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Affiniteit met duurzame bouwmethoden en innovatieve oplossingen.
