Werkvoorbereider Klimaattechniek ### Groei jij mee met Klaver Klimaattechniek? Wij zijn opzoek naar een werkvoorbereider op onze projecten afdeling. Laten we ons eerst even kort voorstellen. Wij, Klaver Klimaattechniek verzorgen duurzame klimaatoplossingen van advies en ontwerp tot aanleg van en service of onderhoud aan installaties. Als klimaatspecialist willen wij graag de beste zijn in ons vakgebied. Ons team zet er daarom elke dag weer de schouders onder om zelfstandig en in teamverband de klus te klaren. Door uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, projecten en technieken is bij ons geen dag hetzelfde! Onze projecten zijn voornamelijk in Noord-Holland. Bij onze klanten kan je denken aan scholen, zorginstellingen maar ook de NS en de Action. ### Wat **ga**je doen? In de rol van werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat onze projecten goed voorbereid zijn en we voortvarend aan de slag kunnen. In grote lijnen ben je voornamelijk bezig met: * Voorbereiden van de utiliteitsprojecten en vastleggen van projectgegevens * Plannen en aansturen van monteurs * Bestellen van materiaal en afroepen van orders * Proactief samenwerken met de projectleider en de verkoopafdeling * Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en monteurs * Bijwonen van vergaderingen en bezoeken van projecten * Zorgen voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige administratie van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden ### Wat bieden wij jou als nieuwe collega? * Een salaris dat echt past bij jouw werkervaring; we bespreken dit graag persoonlijk zodat we een passend voorstel kunnen doen * Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, denk aan uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden, wij verzorgen alle opleidingen en benodigde certificaten voor je als je die nog niet hebt, 13 ATV-dagen bovenop je vakantiedagen, grote ...
